By accessing this website, enrolling in any course, attending any class (online or offline), or using any services provided by Market Credo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

All content, courses, training materials, charts, analysis, case studies, and information shared by Market Credo — whether through classroom sessions, online classes, videos, social media, or any other medium — are strictly for educational purposes only.

• The value of investments can go down as well as up, and you may not get back the amount originally invested
• Students are strongly advised to consult a qualified, SEBI-registered financial advisor before making any investment decisions

The following terms govern course enrollment and fee payments at Market Credo:

• All course fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the course unless a specific payment plan has been agreed upon in writing
• Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances except as outlined in the Refund Policy section below
• Seats booked for offline classroom courses, online courses, workshops, seminars, and demo classes are non-refundable once confirmed
• Rescheduling of enrolled courses or classes is allowed only once and requires a minimum of 48 hours prior written notice
• Fees paid under any promotional offers, discounted pricing, early-bird offers, or special packages are strictly non-refundable
• Non-attendance of a scheduled class or session without prior notice (minimum 48 hours) does not qualify for a refund or rescheduling
• Market Credo reserves the right to modify course fees at any time; however, changes will not affect already enrolled students

Market Credo's refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

• Once a course has started or the student has attended any session, no cancellations or refunds will be issued
• Refunds are processed only in cases where Market Credo is unable to deliver the promised course or service due to reasons attributable to Market Credo
• Refund processing time is 15 to 30 business days from the date of approval of the refund request
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of enrollment
• Partial refunds are not available; refunds, if applicable, will be for the full course fee paid
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp to Market Credo

All intellectual property associated with Market Credo's educational offerings is protected:

• All course materials, training videos, recorded sessions, charts, notes, PDFs, presentations, proprietary methodologies, and any other content created by Market Credo are the exclusive intellectual property of Market Credo and Atish Shakergaye
• Students may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, upload, resell, or commercially use any course content in any form or medium without prior written consent
• Screen recording, video recording, or audio recording of any live session, recorded session, webinar, or classroom session is strictly prohibited
• Taking photographs or screenshots of course materials, charts, or presentations for purposes of redistribution is prohibited
• Violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of course access without any refund and may attract legal action
• Market Credo reserves the right to take legal action under applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property laws against violators

Students and users of Market Credo's services are expected to maintain professional conduct:

• Students must not share their login credentials, course access links, or course materials with any third party
• Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior during live sessions, classroom sessions, or any interaction with Market Credo staff may result in immediate removal from the course without refund
• Students must not use Market Credo's name, brand, or reputation to provide stock tips, trading recommendations, or investment advice to others
• Any misrepresentation of association with Market Credo — including claiming to be a representative, partner, or affiliate — is strictly prohibited
• Students must not engage in any activity that could bring disrepute to Market Credo or its founder
• Sharing of confidential course strategies or proprietary methods learned at Market Credo with non-enrolled individuals is prohibited

Market Credo does not promise, guarantee, or assure any returns on investment or trading profits.

• No assured profit claims, guaranteed return promises, or income guarantees are made by Market Credo at any point
• Financial markets are inherently unpredictable and subject to various domestic and global risk factors including economic, political, and regulatory changes
• Educational outcomes, trading proficiency, and investment results depend entirely on individual effort, application, discipline, market conditions, and risk management
• Any testimonials or success stories shared are individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results for all students
• Market Credo's courses are designed to educate, not to generate guaranteed trading profits

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Market Credo's total aggregate liability to any student shall in no event exceed the course fee actually paid by that student to Market Credo
• Market Credo, its founder, instructors, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of services or course content
• Market Credo is not liable for any trading losses, investment losses, or financial damages arising from market conditions, broker failures, platform outages, or technical issues
• Market Credo is not responsible for any loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from the use of its website or services
• Students acknowledge that trading involves inherent risks and that Market Credo cannot be held responsible for individual trading outcomes

Market Credo is committed to protecting the personal information of its students and website visitors:

• Personal data is not sold, rented, or shared with any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws:

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India
• Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these terms or the services provided by Market Credo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India
• All applicable SEBI regulations pertaining to Research Analysts (SEBI Research Analysts Regulations, 2014 and amendments thereof) shall apply
• In case of any conflict between these terms and applicable SEBI regulations, the SEBI regulations shall prevail

Market Credo reserves the right to update and modify these terms:

• Market Credo reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice
• Updated terms will be posted on this page on the Market Credo website with the revised "Last Updated" date
• Continued use of Market Credo's website, services, or courses after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms
• Students are encouraged to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes
